We provide weekly, monthly, and yearly contracts for IT services to medium- to small-sized businesses without a dedicated IT staff. For example, we will come to your office on the 1st Friday morning of the month for 4 hours to deal with whatever IT issues you need. You just provide us with your list of concerns. If an emergency should arise outside those hours, we can apply the time it takes to fix that emergency to next month's 4 hours or you could choose to pay for these additional hours separately. We will make every effort to address your emergency needs as quickly as possible. Alternatively, you could contact us whenever you need for the same hourly fee.
We can also supplement current IT staff if you need additional hands to complete a critical project in time. For example, if you need additional staff to put in that new server room and re-cable and move all existing servers and WAN equipment this weekend, call Acevedo PC Services at (414) 241-4481. We will ensure that the project gets done in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner.

We expect payment due upon completion unless Net Terms are previously discussed. We will charge a 10% late charge at 90, 120, and 180 days past due, at which time we will begin collections.
